When one of our Northern Depots received a call from a property service company placing an enquiry for an urgent temporary boiler, Watkins Hire were quick to respond.
The property service company were sponsoring a film which was being shot in a northern location and the swimming pool within this location needed heating up urgently to fit in with their tight filming schedule.
The temporary boiler was needed to heat up and maintain the water temperature of the swimming pool during filming.
A Watkins Hire MBR110, 110kW oil fired heating boiler was specified for the application. Watkins Hire's 110kW mobile boiler unit is capable of providing temporary heating and can be easily connected to existing pipe work.
Despite time limitations, the Watkins temporary boiler package was delivered and installed within 24 hours of the initial phone call being received. This ensured that scheduled filming was not delayed.
