Our Steam Boiler team were on site within 4 hours of the initial call being taken. A containerised oil fired steam boiler rated at 3,500lb/hr 10 bar complete with 2 x 3,000 litre fuel tanks, fuel lines and steam hose were successfully installed on the hospital site.
The Watkins Hire temporary steam boiler was used to bypass the onsite mains so it was de-centralised and steam was supplied locally to the areas affected.
The rental unit provided steam and heat to the southern hospitals new born baby ward and their cancer department.
